Strategy Manager | Barts Health NHS Trust - London - ref. e2434715
The Strategy Team is looking for a Strategy Manager with developed leadership skills and an understanding of the delivery of strategic projects to support the work of the Strategy Team. Specifically, the Team will be working to:
- Support Barts Health Group to develop its long-term vision, clinical and corporate strategies;
- Work on behalf of Barts Health with system partners on the Acute Provider Collaborative, and Integrated Care System clinical and enabling strategies;
- To support system organisations in implementing and realising strategy; and,
- Lead other complex strategic projects.
The post holder will be expected to lead projects, establishing governance structures to deliver defined and agreed outcomes.

This role requires an individual with the ability to manage projects in a complex environment. Strong numeracy skills will be a vital part of the role.
Evidence of effective delivery is a pre-requisite for applicants. The postholder will be expected to work within the Strategy Team, as well as with operational and clinical teams across the Trust and our partner organisations. Travelling to different hospital sites within the Barts Health Group and other partner providers will be necessary.
