About the Role:
- Start Date: 24th February 2025 or earlier, depending on availability.
- Position Type: Full-time, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
- Daily Pay: £84.50 - £90.00 per day.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with a range of needs, including:
- Autism (ASD)
- Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
- Complex Learning Difficulties
- Challenging Behaviours
You will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for small groups of students.
What We Are Looking For:
- Have experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism, SEMH, and complex needs.
- Be confident in managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive learning outcomes.
- Be committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is advantageous but not essential.
