Regional Manager

Field based - South West England (ideal location Exeter)

£32,500 + up to £300 per week bonus (OTE £45,800), company car with fuel card or car allowance, private healthcare and more

Full time Permanent contract

As Regional Manager you will work closely with your team of Retail Sales Advisors (Multi Category Coaches) covering a specified region. Your team will work within a major Grocery retailer boosting product visibility and direct selling the brand products to customers.
Field based on a daily basis, you will be a natural people manager, supporting and coaching your team on daily basis, during regular field visits, to reach their full potential. We help brands sell more and you will ideally have experience of managing a field based sales team.

You will have experience delivering stretching targets and love working within a fast paced and varied role.
