Job Title: Payroll Administrator (6-Month FTC) Location: RedditchHours: Monday & Tuesday 7.30am-4.30pm with 45mins unpaid break although there may be some flexibility with daysWe are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business in Redditch on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a great opportunity to support the Payroll Manager during an exciting time of transformation as the business transitions to a new, paperless payroll system.The Role: This position is ideal for someone with payroll experience who enjoys process improvement and is confident adapting to new systems.
You/ll be supporting the Payroll Manager with day-to-day tasks while playing a key part in helping the department go digital.Working Hours: . Monday & Tuesday only . 7:30am - 4:30pm (with a 45-minute unpaid lunch break) . Some flexibility on start/finish times may be consideredResponsibilities: .
Assist with payroll processing and employee data entry . Support the transition from manual to digital processes . Help implement and use the new payroll system effectively . Previous payroll experience is essential . Confident with systems and data accuracy . Strong organisational skills and attention to detail . A proactive attitude and ability to work independently . Experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential)
