As a Financial Controller, you will support the Head of the company, overseeing financial reporting, management accounts, remuneration, tax, and statutory accounts.
You will be responsible for: Lead the finance team, reporting to the Group Head of Finance and Head of Business.
Support strategic decisions, including insurance and capital investments.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to Managing Directors.
Manage accounting, tax, statutory reporting, and cash flow.
Ensure effective financial controls, systems, and technology.
Oversee payroll in collaboration with Group HR.
What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Financial Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Financial Manager or in a similar role.
Minimum 5 years PQE, ideally across several disciplines.ACA, ACCA & CIMA qualified.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ideally have experience working in ERP environment.
