Location: Stoke on Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

About the company: Our client is one of the largest in their field in the UK market and offer a specialist service to their customers. They are looking for someone to join their busy, yet small team in an Administration role supporting the sales and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for all customers, handling enquiries via email, telephone and SMS
  • Responsible for ensuring all customers are dealt with in a prompt and concise manner
  • Ensuring all information is correctly and accurately logged on CRM system
  • Sending up follow up messages to potential customers and passing to relevant team
Candidate Requirements:
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office/ Systems
  • Good team player
