Production Operative

Overview:

You may also be required to assist with loading lorries for despatch. No previous experience necessary although a good work ethic and strong attendance record is a must.

Core hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm but some flexibility will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and be aware of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures, training will be provided to ensure you are fully up to date with all the current SOPs.
• Maintain the fast-paced environment in line with production needs.
• Work with the manager and team to achieve the department targets.
• Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
