Digital Product Owner

Overview:

The B2B Digital Product Owner will oversee the digital experiences of our B2B customers. Owning the digital ordering process, encompassing both integrated orders and eB2B orders, as well as the Customer Relationship Experience.

This role involves further establishing HubSpot CRM in Care Homes and Education, and rolling it out to Healthcare and Customer Services.

The aim is to enhance customer experience by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and behaviours.

Additionally, the role includes managing the continuous improvement and feature delivery of the current eB2B, and overseeing the transition to a new digital ordering platform, and embedding a UK feature team into a global platform team.

Based at our Trowbridge head ofice at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy:
  • Develop and maintain a product vision and strategy for the digital ordering and customer relationship experiences.
  • Align the product vision with the overall strategic goals of apetito and ensure it delivers a competitive advantage by producing products that delight customers.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable features and enhancements are delivered.
  • Digital Ordering System Management:
  • Prioritise Development of Existing Ordering System Being Sunset:
  • Collaborate with the operational team to manage and support the development of the current ordering system during its sunset phase.
  • Deliver value through the pragmatic delivery of high value features.
  • Ensure smooth operation and transition planning for users of the current system.
  • Manage transition to new eB2B platform:
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to help shape a product vision a future digital ordering experience that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to inform the system’s design and functionality.
  • Undertake review and gap analysis of current eB2B platform and known future platform.
  • Own and Deliver Continuous Improvement of the New eB2B:
  • Take ownership for the UK of the new digital ordering system once it is live, ensuring its ongoing optimization and enhancement.
  • Monitor system performance, collect user feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to share ideas, insights, and opportunities to contribute towards the betterment of the platform.
  • Integrated Orders:
  • Gain understanding and insights of current integrated EDI orders being placed via bedside ordering systems.
  • Own the digital ordering experience for customers placing integrated orders.
  • HubSpot CRM Management:
  • Own the experience and value delivery of HubSpot CRM in Care Homes and Education.
  • Collaborate with project team and external partner to support the successful roll out HubSpot CRM to Healthcare and Customer Services, considering their specific requirements.
  • Work with operational partners to understand the challenges and opportunities, to build a backlog of improvements and features to deliver to CRM.

About you:

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on digital ordering systems and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital ordering systems, e-commerce platforms, and CRM technologies.
  • Experience using software development management tools such as Jira.
  • Experience of analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Presentation skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Certified SCRUM Product Owner
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Experience of carrying out quantitative and qualitative research
