WE NEED YOU TO:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist with stock management, ensuring that all items are presented to a high standard
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain exceptional standards of personal presentation and store visual merchandising
- Be a role model for the Kurt Geiger brand
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales assistant role
- Passion for fashion and a desire to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and understand sales targets
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
