- Handle credit control activities, invoicing, and receipts.
- Record revenue and reconcile monthly income.
- Code invoices and expenses, ensuring proper authorization.
- Manage daily banking activities, payments, and record-keeping.
- Support the department with administrative tasks.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role with knowledge of bookkeeping and accountancy.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.
- Proficient in computer use, especially Excel.
- Positive and able to work well under pressure.
- Willing to undergo training if necessary.
