Our prestigious client is recruiting for a part time administration assistant to join their friendly team. The hours are 20 hours per week at a rate of £16.00 per hour. This is a permanent part time role. You must be car owner/driver. Parking on site. Excellent benefits including pension and free lunch - you will be working in a busy growing educational environment supporting the Registrar.
High level of administration and communication skills
Strong literacy and articulation
Proven ability to analyse and implement changes to processes as a result of changes to guidance by UKVI and other relevant bodies
A warm and professional telephone manner
An ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Good IT literacy, ideally competent with Excel and databases
Resilient and able to roll up sleeves
Enthusiasm, vision, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
The ability to work independently yet as part of the team
To respond to enquiries from prospective families and ensure the database is kept updated
