To work as part of the team, that provides support to the Ophthalmology Department and assists staff in providing an effective service. To act as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors to the Ophthalmology Department. Provide administrative support for the Clinical staff and the Clinical Office Administration Team.

To be proficient on Cerner and other hospital computer systems as required. To liaise with a cross-section and multi-disciplinary team of staff that delivers effective communication and up-to-date systems.
