Lawyer and Operations Executive

We seek an exceptional professional support lawyer to join our Operations team. This unique role involves working with a small team handling complaints, client relationships, risk mitigation, quality control and organisational improvement through firm-wide training and systems development.While supporting lawyers and staff across all practice areas, the role primarily focuses on residential property law.
Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer, you will protect and enhance our firm's reputation whilst driving excellence across all departments. The role requires someone who can engage diplomatically with clients, often in challenging situations, to maintain positive relationships and achieve practical resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Protection & Risk Management: you will engage in early intervention to identify and address potential issues, handle complex client matters requiring specialist attention, oversee complaint resolution, and analyse trends to implement preventative measures.This includes conducting thorough file reviews, managing client feedback, helping to preserve the firm’s lender panel memberships, and working to maintain positive relationships with clients and intermediaries even in challenging circumstances.
Training & Development
The role involves coordinating training programmes, identifying development needs, delivering remote training sessions, creating best practice guidance, and fostering a learning culture through coaching and mentoring. You'll help analyse trends and provide recommendations for business improvement.
Working Arrangements
We have offices in the City of London, Potters Bar, and Northampton. For this role we are happy for the successful candidate to primarily work from home but attend at least one of our offices from time to time when requested. Standard hours are 9:30-17:30, though the nature of the role may occasionally require extended flexibility.

Requirements
