As part of the QESH team, you'll drive compliance and safety initiatives across sites and facilities.Why choose this opportunity28 days holiday + bank holidaysFlexible workingPension & Life AssurancePrivate healthcareProfessional development supportKey Responsibilities:Ensure management systems comply with current standards, regulations, and client requirements.Lead external client and third-party audits and assessments.Provide expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001 standards.Support business planning to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.Conduct quality inspections, risk assessments, and safety investigations.Engage with employees, management, clients, and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.Travel to sites and suppliers when necessary.What We’re Looking For:Full UK driving licence and ability to gain SC Clearance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001.Experience in a highly regulated industry (nuclear, energy, water, manufacturing preferred).NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent safety qualification.Understanding of automation systems and ISO 27001 security standards.Awareness of functional safety and security requirements.Membership of a relevant professional institute (CQA, IOSH, IEMA).This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Appointments Personnel, who are acting as an employment agency.
