Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs and challenging behaviour
- Implementing positive behaviour strategies using Team Teach techniques
- Working closely with teachers and staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment
What we’re looking for:
- Team Teach certification (or willingness to train)
- Experience supporting young people in a school or similar setting
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- A passion for helping every child succeed
