PA - Immediate Start
Location: Hatfield
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £18.00 an hour, weekly pay
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced PA / Team Administrator to join our client based in Hatfield on a temporary basis
Duties of a PA:
- Supporting extensive email and diary management
- Liaising with both internal and externa; stakeholders
- Scoping and booking international travel
- Riasing purchasing orders, processing invoices and online expenses
- Managing visitor and room bookings
- Ordering catering
- Scheduling travel, meetings and minuting meetings
- Support team of EA/PA's with varity of admin tasks and provide meeting support
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience as a PA / Senior administrator
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Email and diary management
- Attention to detail
- Available to start ASAP
