Senior Composite Technician

Your expertise will also contribute to training new starters and supporting the development projects.

• Hands-on laminating and resin infusion of production components.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the composite team to meet production deadlines.
• Lead and mentor laminators and trimmers, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
• Train and guide new team members to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Support the Head of Operations and Head of Development in optimising manufacturing processes and equipment usage.
• Adapt to customer and business needs during peak periods, maintaining flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.

• 5–7 years of experience as a composite technician in motorsport, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Strong expertise in infusion techniques.
• Proven ability to work with technical drawings, layup books, and be flexible customer requirements.
• Experience with various materials and composite manufacturing processes, including:
• Hand lay-up
• Trimming
• Bonding and assembly

• Demonstrated team leadership skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Pay: £34,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
