As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving Hour clients revenue growth by securing new business and fostering relationships with high-value clients. This strategic, remote role demands an experienced and proactive professional who can identify opportunities, close deals, and influence at a senior level.You will be a key contributor to our clients expansion and success, working collaboratively across teams to exceed ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Business Development: Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities to grow our clients market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a senior figure in the team, sharing best practices and mentoring junior business development staff.
- Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Proposal Development: Lead on complex proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Networking: Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Reporting: Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance updates, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions align with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Proven Senior-Level Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business development or sales, ideally in [relevant industry or sector, e.g., property, insurance, or financial services].
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
