We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to empower adults with learning disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives in Wakefield. We believe in recognizing and nurturing our clients’ strengths, abilities, and personal resources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to provide respectful personal care. We welcome both experienced applicants and those new to the care sector, offering opportunities for personal and career growth.

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include providing respectful care, practical and emotional support, maximizing social opportunities and community engagement, developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, and collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.

You have the flexibility to choose between weekly or monthly pay.

Please note that drivers are essential for this service and candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.
