What You Will Do:

As a Kubernetes Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in driving our Kubernetes initiatives. This role demands an individual who possesses an intimate knowledge of Kubernetes and is skilled at leveraging its full capabilities to design and deploy state-of-the-art cloud-native solutions.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional expertise in Kubernetes, demonstrated through previous projects or contributions to the Kubernetes community.
  • Strong programming skills in Go, with a thorough understanding of microservices architectures and cloud-native technologies.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale, complex distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with the broader cloud-native ecosystem, including CI/CD practices, container orchestration, and major cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of our Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
  • Architect and implement advanced features, focusing on scalability, security, and performance within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
  • Write high-quality Go code and create robust integration solutions as part of our cloud-native platform.
  • Dive deep into Kubernetes internals, including controllers, CRDs, and extension API servers, to enhance and troubleshoot our systems.
  • Ensure the reliability and maintainability of our systems by documenting processes and maintaining stringent testing protocols.
