As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking to step up or a current Junior Sous Chef ready for a fresh challenge.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel kitchen environment.
Passion for high-quality food and presentation.
Ability to lead and support junior team members.
Experience in fine dining or Rosette-awarded restaurants is desirable.
