We areworking with a Housing Association who is looking for a Accounts Payable Assistant to assist their finance team This roleis on a temporary basis.
Your new roleYou willbe responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuringtimely payments.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments
- Matching PO invoices for payment
- Processing payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities
What you'll need to succeed
You willhave:
- Min 2 years experience in Accounts Payable Function.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, including VLOOKUPS.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and cross functionally
- Excellent verbal and written communications
