Defence Sales Executive
Forging and nurturing high-level relationships with our customer and liaising with key stakeholders (project managers) you’ll scope out the opportunities and challenges to uncover their high-level needs, that can be solved with the RVT solutions.
You’ll effectively survey and accurately detail your findings, specifically around hot work extraction, paint vapour extraction, and ventilation for confined spaces, to be able to acquire a quote from our estimator for planned works. You'll develop and nurture relationships, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders, and promoting the RVT Group's innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of the client
Your insight into the defence landscape will be invaluable in positioning RVT Group as a trusted partner in this sector.
Responsibilities- Uncover the high-level needs of our industrial clients through timely surveying.
- Stay competitive, to meet our agreed 2-hour SLA for customers.
- Complete detailed reporting for quoting, picking and installation by our supporting teams.
- Establish relationships with various project managers and other stakeholders on site.
- Ensure equipment arrives on time and where needed.
- Deploy installation teams as and when necessary.
- Set the teams to work, ensuring they understand the system design.
- Ensure operational steps have been taken (RAMS submitted, labour planned for, etc.).
- Liaise regularly with the operations teams to ensure goods are allocated properly and dispatched in time.
- Keep unplanned costs down.

Requirements- Electrical/Mechanical engineering/Industry/Naval/Marine degree (E)
- Naval platform experience, specifically; submarine (E)
- Experience with ventilation systems (E)
- Sales experience & Training (E)
- P601 (D)
- CRM (E)
- HubSpot (D)
- Basic occupation hygiene awareness (D)
- Microsoft Office experienced (E)
