Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers and pupils in the classroom.
- Assist in planning and preparing lessons.
- Deliver tailored interventions to help pupils achieve their potential.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Lead or assist in after-school clubs, contributing to extracurricular activities that engage and inspire pupils.
- Champion the school’s ethos and contribute to its community spirit.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding principles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are beneficial but not essential.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting children’s development.
