Your new role
As Accounts Assistant, you will support the running of the office on a part-time basis. Your duties will include: receiving and logging invoices from suppliers, balancing supplier statements for payment, credit control, accounts payable, preparing employee hours for weekly wages and other general day-to-day office duties.
What you'll need to succeed
1 year's experience working in a similar role
Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheetsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time-management skills
