About the role
We're looking for a creatively driven, systems-thinking Brand & UX Designer to lead our brand design and reimagine how customers experience StrideUp from our website through to our product onboarding journeys.
You’ll be our visual voice: evolving our design system, shaping our customer-facing UX, and bringing consistency across every touchpoint. This is a foundational role that sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and product.
What you’ll own- Lead the StrideUp branding narrative, including visual identity, tone, and design guidelines
- Own the end-to-end UX and UI of the website, with a focus on conversion and clarity
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure UX continuity across digital portals
- Design creative assets for campaigns, email, social, and internal launches
- Build and maintain a scalable brand design system
- Champion brand consistency across all internal and external channels
- Support event design needs and asset development when required

Requirements
We’re looking for- 3–5 years' experience in brand design, UX/UI, or digital design
- Portfolio showing both strong visual identity work and functional UX
- Comfort with tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Canva and WordPress
- Experience designing for web and mobile-first environments
- A sharp eye for clean, accessible, modern design
- A love for cohesive storytelling through design
- Bonus: experience working in finance, tech, or growth-stage startups
