Part Time Office Coordinator - Children’s Food Brand, 20 hours per week, office based in West London

This opportunity will suit someone who lives near to the offices in West London as the hours are split across 5 days per week with 3 days being 5 or 6 hours and two days being 1 or 2 hours.

The company is an entrepreneurial Founder run childrens healthy food brand. They are rapidly growing and it’s an exciting time to join. They ‘are looking for someone with bags of common sense, someone super flexible, happy to roll your sleeves up and help with any task to ensure the efficient running and presentation of the office.

You will have an approach where nothing is a problem, you are not easily flustered and have a positive and proactive nature.

Core responsibilities include but are certainly not limited to
  • Manage post & couriers Manage IT related issues with their outsourced IT provider
  • Manage office related invoices Arrange service calls and repairs
  • Order office and kitchen supplies as needed and ensure office cupboards are tidy and well organized
  • Support the Marketing Director with ordering of branded collateral, organizing storage and keeping stock levels in place
  • Manage office cleaner and assist in keeping the office tidy
  • Greet office visitors, organize refreshments etc
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including liaising with IT
  • Support the Founder with admin/logistics for team events and off site activities
  • Ad hoc admin support as needed

The successful candidate will be someone with previous admin experience and the skills and attributes to succeed in the role and enjoy taking ownership of presenting the office to the best of your ability.

The Founders bring their dog to the office on some days so you need to be comfortable around dogs.

£15 per hour and you will be asked to bill the company monthly
