Accounts Assistant
A quick look at the role
You will provide finance support to the Financial Control team including accounts payable and receivable.
Your core responsibilities- Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
- Assist with weekly accounting tasks including analysis and cash flow
- Assist with Month End processes, including journals and balance sheet reconciliation
- Prepare both international and domestic payments to suppliers when due
- Chase debt by phone and email
- Investigate and resolve issues for non payment
- Negotiate repayment plans
- Raise credit notes
- GCSE English and Maths
- 3 years finance experience
- Confident with all Microsoft applications including advanced Excel
