My client is on the lookout for a skilled Water Hygiene Account Manager to become a key player in our Motherwell team. Working predominantly with clients in the healthcare sector, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring critical compliance with health and safety legislation.This is your opportunity to lead with purpose while developing your career in a well-established, people-focused organisation.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients
- Conducting site visits and liaising directly with stakeholders
- Overseeing contracts/accounts to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Managing and supporting a team of engineers in the field
To be successful in your application, you must have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the water hygiene industry
- Proven supervisory or management background
- Strong L8 / ACOP compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a real bonus
