Band 5 Community Nurse - Plymouth - Block Booking
Vivid Healthcare are looking for an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse to join a busy unit in Plymouth.
Pay: Up to £35 per hour***Position Details: Must have at least 6 months UK experience and ideally hold and up to date mandatory training certificate also the following;
- Band 5
- Full time
- 5 days Monday - Friday
- Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
- Essential Driving License and access to a vehicle
- District Nursing experience
- Essential Physical Health assessment module for deteriorating patients

To be successful for this role, you must be a fully qualified Health Visitor with a minimum of 6 months recent experience within a UK based hospital.
