Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk Consultant with an emphesis on Technology Change to join their expanding team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising senior management, conducting independent risk assessments, and fostering a robust risk culture within the organisation. Proven experience in Technology Risk Management, specifically within systems development and technology change.
Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks essential for effective risk assessment. Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CGEIT, CISM, Prince2, or ITIL. Familiarity with systems development methodologies including Agile, DevOps, Hybrid, or Waterfall.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing risks. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
