Occupational Therapist
Hours: 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri)Salary: up to £40,000

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with neurological conditions through expert assessments and interventions.As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals regain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
Qualifications- BSc (Hons) / Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Valid OT license and registration (HCPC)
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

- Conduct thorough OT assessments and develop personalized intervention plans using clinical reasoning
- Assess and manage risk in relation to occupational performance, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Provide neurorehabilitation and long-term complex care for individuals with neurological conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and effective treatment plans
- Educate and support clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment to enhance independence
- Regularly evaluate and adjust intervention plans based on client progress and feedback
