Behaviour Support Assistant - Manchester

Role Overview: As a Behavioural Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring a conducive learning environment. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Pastoral Staff to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies and support plans.This role will begin after February half term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with SLT and Pastoral teams to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting support plans as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant experience working with individuals with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Level 2 Safeguarding Course (We can offer training for this qualification
