Our team
The MFN Transportation Tech team owns both the transportation relationships and the technology platform that enables sellers to get their Amazon orders from their own warehouse to the customer across the EU. We work with Carrier partners to offer cost-effective, fast reliable shipping services to Amazon Sellers.Our Technical Product managers own the roadmap to improve the platform on which these shipping services are sold and constantly work to improve Seller Experience.
This role is based in our corporate offices in London.
Key job responsibilities- Monitor operations performance and work with other teams (EU MFN, Customer Service, Seller Support, Product) to address performance issues
- Support in building mechanisms to solve seller reported issues
- Monitor and drive seller impacting operational tickets to resolution
- Gather and analyze seller contacts and seller feedback
- Partner with operations/business teams to monitor KPIs
- Prepare business reviews with senior management team
- Provide written and verbal updates on key projects to relevant stakeholdersBachelors Degree (economics, business, logistics, computing preferred)
- Project management experience
- Experience with or understanding of managing operational KPIs
- Experience with operational dashboards and reporting tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel

- Basic understanding of transportation/shipping systems
