We are looking for an Assistant Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times to give customers a great experience!
We want to recruit an Assistant Manager who is hands on, commercial and results driven, a retail leader who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with an enthusiasm for delivering world class customer service!! The ideal candidate will come from a large format background where you will work at pace but have control of all key departments.

As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Ensure company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
- Being an active presence on your shop floor
