Business Analyst

DWF are currently hiring for a Business Analyst to join our Business Automation Team. Within the team you will have the opportunity to work on a digital transformation project within our technology department replacing Visual Files with ShareDo.This role would suit anyone either with or looking to gain some exposure to the role of Project Management.
We operate on a hybrid basis working from home and with the option of being located at our office in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Liverpool, with the requirement to travel to Manchester 1 or 2 times per month.
This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and create detailed process maps.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit needs and requirements.
- Assist in the formulation of project plans and scope definitions.
- Conduct impact analyses to assess potential changes and their effects.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring successful implementation of solutions/projects.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced/similar environment
- Considerable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven Experience within law/professional services in a similar role
