As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and auditing site-based staff and ensuring properties across London meet the highest standards of compliance and service. What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the Facilities Manager role will have the following:
- Experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of property management, service charges, and health & safety regulations
- Ability to assess and implement quality and compliance standards
- Full UK driving licence (extensive travel required)
- Having the ISOH General Practitioner qualification would be a plus!
