Manage two experienced Group Managers, providing clear guidance, motivation, and support to help them develop and achieve their goals.Take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of multiple locations, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals, develop new initiatives, and ensure alignment with the broader business objectives.Monitor financial, operational, and customer satisfaction metrics across all locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.Explore and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, maximise revenue, and develop new opportunities for growth.Work closely with HR to identify talent needs, recruit top candidates, and invest in training and development for your team.Champion an exceptional customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s high standards.Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
