Recruitment Consultant

Your pay rate and shifts as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Basic Pay: £24,000 per annum
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00am until 17:00pm
- Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Hold inductions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, One Drive and Word
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and drive the recruitment process forward
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Driving licence is essential
