An ambitious consultancy based in Sussex is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join its rapidly expanding Fire Risk Assessor team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fire safety and eager to advance their career in a dynamic environment.As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for managing projects independently and your diary.
Key responsibilities include:Carrying out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments on various projects, including residential, commercial, HMOs, and high-rise buildings.Undertaking compartmentation surveysProviding client-facing services, ensuring high standards of technical deliverySupporting the preparation of documents, policies, and proceduresRequirements2+ years of experience in fire risk assessmentMust be Tier 2 or 3 (Fire Risk Assessor Register)Experience visiting sites to do Type 1-4 risk assessmentsExperience with residential, commercial, and retail projectsInterest in career progression in the risk assessment industryWhats on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from 45,000 to 55,000 (DOE)Training and development opportunities25 days holidayLaptop and mobile providedIf you are a Fire Risk Assessor considering your career opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
