Customer Service Advisor

Your new role

You will be taking calls from customers dealing with a variety of different queries. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00. There are 2 different shifts- 1 week you will work 08:00 to 17:00 and the next week you will work 11:00 to 20:00.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will need to have previous customer service experience and have dealt with high volume calls.

What you’ll get in return

You will have a temporary position with the potential to go permanent and will receive an annual salary of £23,920.
