• Supervise the Accounts Payable team and manage their workload effectively.
• Review and approve all invoices for payment.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Regularly liaise with other departments and suppliers.
• Drive the implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience as a team leader in an Accounts Payable role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• GRNI Experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• High level of proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
