We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telecare Team Leader for our Permanent Night Duty role, classified as Grade G. This leadership position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our clients during nighttime hours.
As the Telecare Team Leader, you will oversee a team providing essential services, ensuring that all telecare operations run smoothly and effectively while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Your role will involve supervising staff, coordinating activities, and being the main point of contact for telecare support.
You will be responsible for safeguarding vulnerable clients by responding promptly to emergencies and ensuring that all calls are managed with utmost care and professionalism. Additionally, you will implement training programs to develop staff skills, improve response times, and enhance service quality.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support the telecare team during night shifts.
Ensure timely and effective response to all telecare calls and emergencies.
Implement training programs for staff to enhance service delivery and skills.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of service delivery and incidents.
Develop and implement operational protocols to improve efficiency.

Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision.

Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within a care or telecare setting.
Strong understanding of telecare services and emergency response protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crisis situations.
Experience in staff training and development.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing demands.

Hours Per Week: 37.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.98

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
