We're on the hunt for a Warehouse Assistant/Delivery Driver to join the team in our Penicuik branch, who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Working Hours: 6:30am-3:30am Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
Location: Unit 3, Eastfield Industrial Estate, Penicuik, Midlothian, EH26 8HA
Key Responsibilities
This is a busy and varied role working with a great team. You'll cover warehouse duties and most of our outgoing deliveries. You'll interact with customers on a daily basis and ensure that the best service is always demonstrated to them.- Get to know our product lines and services so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions
- Pick and prepare customer orders in our warehouse in a timely manner
- Load and unload customer and supplier vehicles
- Perform customer deliveries and safely unload at their specified sites using our 3.5t JPS Luton van
- Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products and carry out regular stock counts
- Process customer orders at the trade counter, arrange deliveries and update customers on their orders
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and your team safe at work

- A full UK manual driving license is a requirement of this role - no more than 6 points and held for a minimum of 1 year
- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
- Stellar communication and people skills
- Comfortable in a role involving extensive manual handling of bulky items
