[ref. d4866224] Fractional CFO
We're partnering a growing North West property business in the appointment of a fractional CFO, one day a week initially.
The business has been established for 6 years and has a double figure turnover. Going from strength to strength and on an upward trajectory, an interim, fractional CFO is sought to support the owners with their next phase of growth.
You will be an experienced CFO/FD with strong commercial accounting experience. You will have gained exposure in a PE/VC / Investor backed business and have been involved in fundraising.
Key requirements:
- Debt restructuring
- Risk analysis
- FP&A/Variance analysis/budgeting/forecasting
- Fund raising
The business is supported by a qualified accountant to lead on the statutory requirements. This is a strategic and commercial role working closely with founders.
Property experience is preferred.
The initial requirement is for one day a week, with the potential for more days. You'll ideally live in the North West so you can be in office a minimum of 2 days a month.
