## **About the role**
We are looking for an **Engineering Reliability Lead** to join the engineeringteam at our Taste & Nutrition Manufacturing facility in Menstrie. This role
works collaboratively with multi-discipline teams from Engineering, Sustainability, Maintenance and Reliability. You will play a crucial role inachieving reliable equipment and manufacturing systems.
This is a permanent and full-time position. The plant operates 247 and is acontinuous process.

## **What you’ll be doing?**
You will assume responsibility to prevent failures, maximize operationalperformance and throughput, optimize costs, and extend asset lifecycles by
carrying out the following:
- Drive the site engineering maintenance strategy, optimize the maintenance program, and develop improvement areas for underperforming assets.
- Utilize Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancing asset performance.
- Lead and support the analysis of equipment and system failures using problem-solving and continuous improvement tools.
- Collaborate with project teams during equipment selection and define preventativepredictive maintenance strategies for new assets.
- Assess and evaluate site maintenance staff, provide training, and transfer knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance our manufacturing and operational capabilities.
- Electrical or Mechanical Trade qualification, diploma, or degree
- Proven experience in a similar role with leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in technical analysis and report writing.
- Skilled in interpreting CAD drawings for electrical, mechanical, and facilities applications.
- Strong leadership skills to drive change and promote technical journaling.
