As Offshore HSE Supervisor you will work on our vessels ensuring that safety remains a top priority throughout project activities. In this role, you will liaise with the client to promote a safe working environment that aligns with both company and client safety requirements.You will also be responsible for navigating between the Marine, Project, and Client teams, ensuring clear communication and adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, you will serve as a key support function for the Onshore HSEQ Department, fostering a collaborative approach to safety management across all operational levels.
Main duties include- Facilitating risk assessments
- Participating in toolbox talks.
- Overseeing safety performance on aft deck, inspections, advising on proper PPE and safe working practices.
- Ensuring safety regulations are followed.
- Supporting as required the Offshore Manager/Project team
- Being “hands on” with the practical performance.
- Focusing on lifting operations, dropped object.
- Promoting safety reporting.
- Liaising with Contractor HSE personnel in implementing DOF and Project HSEQ procedures as required.
- Participating or leading incidents investigation.
- Collecting necessary HSEQ statistics (Lagging/Leading indicators) and providing to Client HSE personnel on regular basis/as required.
- Participating in and executing walkabouts/inspections/ making sure audits findings are closed out as required.
- Ensuring all HSE requirements as governed in the IMS are effectively implemented on board the vessel (HSE meetings, Hygiene inspections, HSE walkthroughs, Drills etc.)
- Executing training, follow up campaigns and support the HSEQ Onshore department as required.
In this role you will report to Offshore Manager and you will get support from Shift Supervisor, Project Engineers and HSEQ Lead.

Requirements- Previous experience in oil and gas industry preferably within major construction projects
- Previous experience in HSE related role
- Good interpersonal skills
- HSE related certificates
