This is a whole time post for a Trust Doctor (ST1-2) at the Royal United Hospital Bath to the 5th August 2025.
This post is designed for candidates with previous experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology who wish to have further training in obstetrics and gynaecology. This role will involve covering on call rotas, including admissions from the emergency department and the community.In addition it is also expected that this role will assist with; gynaecological elective surgery, obstetrics emergency and elective surgery, ward rounds, emergency clinics and other duties as required.

Qualifications
Essential criteria- Maintain Full registration with the GMC
- Surgical experience
- Obtained MRCOG Part 1
Ability and Knowledge
Essential criteria- Recent experience and familiarity of UK hospital systems and practices (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in a foundation programme approved training post, or equivalent, with evidence of achieving foundation competencies.
- Evidence of recent CME/ reasonable training progression at this stage of career.
