Learning Support Assistant - Doncaster Based
We are currently recruiting for caring, dedicated, and supportive Learning Support Assistants to work in a primary school based in Doncaster.
If you have experience working with pupils, either in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, and are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), we would love to hear from you!
Whether you have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, or come from a Social Care background and are looking to gain experience in an educational setting, we welcome your application.
Ideal Candidate:- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children, particularly those with SEND.
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
- Providing 1:1 support to students.
- Assisting in the creation of imaginative activities for pupils.
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom.
- Available to work at least 3 days per week.
