About the Role:
As a Paid Media Junior Executive, you'll play a key role in the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and email marketing. Working closely with the wider marketing and eCommerce teams, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience, learning how to manage budgets, track key metrics, and enhance campaign performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, providing reports and insights.
- Support with ad copy creation and landing page recommendations.
- Manage budgets and track key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to enhance performance.
- Use data tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to drive insights.
- Contribute to A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- A keen interest in paid media, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and social media platforms is a bonus but not essential.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to spot trends and inconsistencies.
- A degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
